we are looking for a IT System Engineer
Responsibilities:
Ownership of corporate infrastructure (configuration, deployments & maintenance).
Responsible for implementing & Maintaining company backups and security.
Ownership of SaaS platforms operations, integration and manage corporate cloud environment.
Leading IT projects from identifying the need toward implementation of the solution.
Play a pivotal role of maintaining and enhancing IT systems and business workflows through technology.
Respond to security incidents and ensure the optimal performance of network equipment.
Support company compliance and InfoSec needs (audit reports, evidence).
Provide tier-3 support to our end users (escalation-based)
Mentor IT Support and provide professional guidance.
Contribute to fostering a collaborative and supportive IT environment.

Requirements:
3+ years experience as a System Engineer- a must
Experience working with JumpCloud DaaS an advantage
Proven expertise with SaaS integrations, workflow, and automation.
Experience supporting Windows, Mac a must, Linux (an advantage)
Working with Networking devices (FW, Routing, SW) a must
Experience with Office 365 / G Suite a must
Experience working under Infosec regulations (ISO27001, GDPR etc.) a must
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Self-motivated and independent.
1+ year of cloud experience working with AWS – advantage
2 years' experience managing information security systems (AV, IPS/IDS, DLP, Encryption etc.)
Experience managing Fortinet firewalls an advantage
