We are looking for an IT System Admin to provide technical IT support to our employees & company and maintain IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT technical support to our employees & company and maintain IT infrastructure (software, hardware, security, network, etc)
Troubleshoot, investigate, and solve complex IT issues related to:
Computersservers software & Hardware (system configuration, software management, maintenance, and upgrades)
Operating systems (Windows, Windows Servers)
Network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, VPN)
Company IT systems and business applications
IT Security Events
Manage IT Support tickets queue according to the companys SLA and KPIs to provide quick, efficient, and professional support.
Research and recommend innovative solutions, and where possible, automated approaches for IT tasks.
Leading and executing IT projects aimed at implementing and improving technologies and systems.
Work as per IT policies and guidelines (SLA, KPIs, etc.)
Assist IT Manager in diverse tasks and other duties as needed or assigned.

A minimum of 4 years experience in IT, with at least 2 years as Sys Admin in a Windows environment
MCSA/MCSE/MCITP certification
Experience managing IT Support tickets as per SLA and KPIs
Experience troubleshooting and maintenance level in a domain environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, network, security, etc.)
Experience with network and firewall (FW,SW,AP,VPN) – Fortinet Advantage
Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and meeting deadlines
Independent, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, highly organized, and willing to learn
Advantage:
Proven capabilities with Google Workspace Management – Advantage
Familiarity with AZURE or similar cloud environment – Advantage
Familiarity with information security systems, Bitdefender in particular Advantage
