Maintain and improve the technology used by the company.
Manage endpoints, servers, and services.
Participate in equipment purchase.
Collect evidence (logs and metrics) to comply to the standards the company adheres to.
Test and examine staff complaints and support teams to remediate.
Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.

Previous experience as an IT support engineer for at least 1 year.
Previous experience as an Administrator of Office 365 & Azure AD – a must!
Experience with supporting non technical personnel.
Experience with Windows administration.
Experience in Linux administration.
Experience with managing network devices (as Cisco and FortiGate).
Experience with troubleshooting network issues.
Experience with troubleshooting OS malfunctions.
Fluent in English verbally & written a must!
Previous experience as an IT support engineer for at least 1 year.
