The ideal candidate will be expected to provide service to our employees among frontal, remote, and over-the-phone technical support, install new hardware and software, and be responsible for the administration of the companys computers, printers, and related equipment.
What youll be doing:
Lead and participate in IT projects
Setup install and troubleshoot various IT environments
Manage the complete IT onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up and deactivating accounts across multiple platforms and tools
Manage Service desk and support IT requests
Follow up with users to ensure issues/problems/questions are solved and answered
Follow and document internal IT procedures
IT automation and management across multiple operating systems
Search and implementation of new technologies and solutions for IT. Participation and proposal of new projects.
2-3 years of proven experience as an IT person.
Experience supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems Must (Linux advantage)
Experience managing Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, Office 365, AD on-premise, and Azure AD. FortiGate Firewalls advantage.
Experience with networking, security, and virtualization (VMware) advantage
Experience in IT automation and management across multiple operating systems
Experience with scripting in PowerShell or Python is a big advantage
Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
