Were looking for a talented IT Support Helpdesk Specialist to join our team and support IT activities, provide services to employees and be involved in planning and implementing IT projects.
Responsibilities:
Respond to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and ticket support center).
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia and telecommunications systems.
Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on clients questions and problems.
Redirect issues to the appropriate resource.
Identify situations requiring urgent attention.
Technical interface with various IT solution and SAAS providers
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Help Desk/IT Support Specialist.
High customer orientation skills.
Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops and servers).
Experience handling IT tasks on MacOS and Windows OS.
Good understanding of an IT backend environment ( Single Sign-On, Google workspace, O365).
Well-experienced in supporting end-user desktop and Art applications such as Jumpcloud, SentinelOne, Maya, Photoshop, Internet browsers, printing, etc.
Strong communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment.
Fluent Hebrew & English
