Job Description:
Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications .
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Dynamics users .
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to best practices .
Perform regular updates, patches, and optimize system performance .
Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, and team coordination.

Proficient in API integrations and data migration, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
Skilled in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments, including timelines, budgets, and resoues .
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written, for working with teams, stakeholders, and clients .
Strong organizational abilities, including tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively .
Completion of Microsoft certifications (Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps) an advantage.
