You can Expect:
1. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT, managing IT Tier 3 incident and problems.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals including system administrators, network engineers and other support staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness and professional development.
3. Manage IT infrastructure including operating systems, databases, email servers, cloud services, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
4. Monitor system and network performance and implement upgrades or patches as necessary to maintain optimal functionality.
5. Implement IT policies, procedures and routines to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security of the IT Infrastructure.
6. Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and align IT resources accordingly to support organizational needs.
