Required IT Operations Manager
Description:
IT Operation Manager will be tasked with designing and building a variety of managed services based on various products. The service will be running out of private and public clouds such as AWS and Azure and will be delivering advanced voice productivity and connectivity functions to our customers.
As IT Operation Manager , you will be tasked with:
Designing new managed services and enhancing the existing ones.
Building and Launching new services offering, owning and driving the new services introduction processes together with the product, R&D, services and IT, promote and evolve our services portfolio.
Working closely with customers, soliciting feedback and crystalizing as input for a managed services road map
Creating and Following up on a Managed Services roadmap
Working with marketing and sales to promote the service
Measuring and driving customer satisfaction, renewal rates and customer retention.
Developing tools & processes to enable services KPIs measurement and reporting.

Requirements:
Background in IT delivery and/or IT management roles
Good understanding of security, privacy, and IT operations
3+ years of similar previous experience needed in building and operating managed services
Background in Cloud Computing, solid understanding of AWS, Azure
Electrical/Software/IT related engineering degree
MBA advantage
Experience in product management – advantage.
