– Giving hardware support for laptops and PCs
– Installing, configuring and providing support for Windows OS
– Providing software deployment and configuration, windows vendor updates
– Having the ability to learn and implement new technology

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of relevant experience- Must have practical proven IT on-site hands-on experience and not just as remote Technical Support
– Excellent English
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
– Basic knowledge of Google Workspace services
– Basic networking knowledge
