Technical Support for end users.
Maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment.
Working with Microsoft Server environments.
Managing Active Directory and Office 365 services.
Budget monitoring and procurement process (quotes, purchase requisitions).

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Written and verbal proficiency in Hebrew and English.
Experience in Technical Support for end users.
Experience in maintaining computers and peripheral equipment.
Experience working with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Knowledge and experience in maintaining / VMware virtual machines – An advantage.
Knowledge of network protocols – An advantage.
Hands-on experience with network devices and firewalls – An advantage.
