Netcracker Technology is seeking an IT Help Desk Engineer (L2) to join our growing team. We are looking for a proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to build effective working relationships at all levels, including senior management. This role requires a client-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
As part of our Corporate IT department, you will provide technical support for PCs, servers, and peripherals, both onsite and remotely via RDP or telephone. You will troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and networking issues, ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively maintain IT systems to minimize disruptions and optimize performance.
• Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, offering hands-on assistance to users.
• Repair and upgrade computers, including OS formatting and reinstallation.
• Install, update, and remove software applications as needed.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software-related issues.
• Provide support to remote users, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
• Manage IT inventory, including tracking equipment, replacing end-of-life devices, and maintaining accurate records.
