The position
Based in Jerusalem, you will be a part of a dedicated team that is responsible for end point hardware, inventory and conference rooms.
What your job will look like:

Supporting staff with software, permissions, and hardware issues.
Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issues
Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems and Infosec teams with troubleshooting
Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers and multi-media conference rooms
Provisioning IT equipment to staff and maintaining inventory asset records
Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by the manager
All you need is:

2-3 years proven experience as an IT technician or other support role
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, video conference rooms and other tech products such as – Office 365, Active Directory, Networking & NAC.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Familiarity with IT Asset Management systems
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and service oriented
Background and certification in Networking
