Responsibilities:
Leading IT and communication projects from the tender stage.
Planning and characterizing IT processes for projects involving communication, information security, system, and storage.
Writing IT and communication responses to tenders.
Writing Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) for projects.
Creating architecture diagrams and solution descriptions.
Investigating and performing Proof of Concept (POC) for new technologies.
Writing Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for tenders.
Creating network topologies.
Leading technical discussions with internal and external customers.
Leading System Requirements Review (SRR), Critical Design Review (CDR), and Preliminary Design Review (PDR) discussions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack planning, covering network, servers, storage, virtualization, operating systems, identity services, monitoring, and information security.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or other engineering degree (advantageous).
International certification in CCNA and MCSE, with at least five years of practical experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud technologies and microservices (e.g., S8K, S3K, OpenShift).
Experience in planning and participating in projects involving communication, information security, system, and storage.
Experience in evaluating design alternatives and defining optimal system architectures.
Previous experience in DevOps positions (advantageous).
Experience in projects in the defense sector and a valid security classification (advantageous).
Proficiency in English for formulation and presentation (mandatory).
