1. Technical education and broad technical understanding
2. 5+ years of experience in international technical and engineering sales in Europe, including customer retention, development and expansion of existing markets, and territory management as a sole, hands-on function
3. Proven experience selling company-tailored solutions through long, complex sales processes
4. Strong negotiation and sales process management skills with multiple stakeholders
5. Ability to operate as a sole function while collaborating with internal and external partners
6. Independent work capability
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills
8. Fluent English – mandatory; additional languages – an advantage
9. Ability to travel abroad once a month for one week
