??Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to all EMED BU operations and supporting functions, including Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Environment Health Safety, Regulatory, Joint Ventures, Human Resources, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs.
Legal research, contract, and correspondence drafting associated with various legal issues and stakeholders.
Work closely with the current EMED Legal Team, which consists of four in-house senior counsel, an administrative assistant, and the Managing Counsel to assist with all BU-associated legal work.
Work with various outside counsel as needed while managing workloads and third-party spending.
Learn about the EMED region energy business, CMLs partners, and Israeli government regulators to understand the regional energy industry and provide effective, practical, and timely legal advice and counsel.

Requirements:
??Required Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Israel and good standing with the Israeli Bar Association.
LL.B., JD, or equivalent degree.
Range of 4 to 7 years experience as an attorney in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Fluent speaking, business, and legal reading and writing proficiency in English and Hebrew required.
Demonstrated drafting, communication, and negotiating skills, strong work ethic, and ability to contribute positively in a team environment.
Experience with international agreements and the Israeli legal and regulatory system.
Ability to handle substantial work volume and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven client counseling skills in providing pragmatic day-to-day advice, informing clients of important legal developments, and explaining potential legal risks.
