We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our fast-growing Client Solution team.
Reporting to our Client Success Team Leader, you will manage new implementations or enhancements of our quickly growing portfolio of merchants.
The Implementation Engineer will participate in all phases of the account configuration, testing, and implementation process and troubleshoot problems with client integrations into our platform. In addition, the Implementation Engineer will internally assist the business operations teams in technical leadership for the clients technical journey with us and liaison to our technology, platform ecosystem, products, and services.
Responsibilities:
A key technical leader who knows payments, especially in implementation technologies, and integration frameworks and,can define, design, and implement our platform's different integration methods using sophisticated techniques.
Coordinate integration project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal engineering team and commercial teams to manage implementation projects and ensure we keep customers on plan and on schedule.
Understanding the supply chain and its technical implications for a client or a partner, within our turbulent ecosystem through innovation, service application, and product delivery.
Matrix managing implementation per required solution and supporting client needs for complex configuration, customization, and implementations to our high-level tier prospects and partners.
Establish operational service excellence through the identification of issues, troubleshooting, and execution of technical fixes to improve efficiency, remove obstacles, or create optimal processes and approaches to the business.
Highly skilled at applying consultative methodologies and solving integration pain points, while delivering white-gloved service to our clients and partners.
Provide system configuration support based on changing business needs.
Provide excellent customer service (white-gloved) through active listening on every interaction while adjusting support approach to accommodate client needs.

Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on integration and solution experience working as an Integration or Implementation engineer, or at least 2 (2) years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution manager
+3 years of engineering management (i.e. software development, solution engineering)
+2 years of experience within the payments industry
B.S. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field an advantage
Proven ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SDKs, etc.)
Working knowledge of web integration including iframes, widgets, SDK, Single Sign-On, APIs, and other SaaS technologies
Strong knowledge of data models and working experience with SQL
Creative thinker and experienced at understanding potential pain points
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment.
