What you'll be doing
Become proficient in all supported products and maintain an in-depth understanding, taking ownership of issues raised by developers and internal teams
Perform thorough quality assurance testing on SDK related features, ensuring alignment with both business requirements and technical specifications, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a polished and seamless gaming experience
Lead the integration life cycle with partners from definition to deployment, serving as the primary POC between partners and Supersonics teams, especially R&D and the Business teams
Conduct research, resolve issues, and offer technical solutions utilizing various diagnostic and analysis tools
Bachelors degree technical -Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
2+ years experience in a tech-oriented position (Technical support, Technical account manager, QA, etc)
Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Unity3D, Android studio, Xcode, Monday or other ticketing systems
Strong technical and problem-solving skills, the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and applications flows, dive deep into complex problems, find their root cause, and multitask effectively while working well under pressure
Excellent written and verbal English language skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
