We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative, we are open to any Eastern European Languages!
The Inside Sales Representative will be part of a fast growing Global Fintech company.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, create sales opportunities, closing along with account management. The job entails 50% cold calling so you must be confident hunting.
The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Inside Sales Team Leader.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads and managing the full sales cycle for the SMB marked
Work to optimize the funnel for Enterprise and SMB opportunities alike and to align the Enterprise opportunities to the local Sales Representative.
Actively hunting for new opportunities by usage of social media, relevant associations and more
Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle and the ability to handle technical/product inquiries
Documenting daily activities in Salesforce.

Requirements:
Italian, Spanish or French speaker with high level of English (additional European language a big plus)
1+ years Sales experience with proven track record
Self-motivated team player
Driven and goal-oriented
Meet and over-achieve annual quota
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in any one of the mentioned Eastern European Languages and English
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
