Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain tools and infrastructure that enforce platform standards, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained across the organization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful implementation.
Architect and build scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions that support the company's R&D and DevOps teams.
Ensure adherence to security and governance policies to protect company data and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improve processes.
3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform or Infrastructure Engineer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-driven with excellent sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience architecting and implementing tools and infrastructure to enforce standards, security, and governance.
A passion for technology, learning, and finding optimal solutions.
Extensive knowledge of AWS/GCP and Kubernetes.
Experience with programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
Significant experience with IaaC (Terraform/Cloudformation/Pulumi).
Experience with CI/CD methodologies and best practices (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
Experience with database management (Redis, MySQL, MongoDB Atlas).
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus/New Relic).
