we are seeking an Information Systems Implementer The role includes:
* Handling system maintenance, including change requests, fault analysis, and process optimization.
* Translating complex business needs into detailed technical requirements and functional specifications.
* Coordinating between internal stakeholders, IT/ system teams, and external software vendors.
* Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of system updates: development monitoring, testing, implementation, and user support. Full-time position located in Petah Tikva.

* 3+ years of experience in information systems implementation and maintenance
* Proven experience working with technical vendors and IT/ system teams
* Strong technical orientation and a solid understanding of computing infrastructure
* Analytical mindset with high-level problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Experience in the Insurance sector – a significant advantage.
