We are looking for an Information Systems Analyst to own and optimize our core business applications. This role focuses on building scalable, reliable systems that support key business processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, manage integrations between systems, and continuously improve application performance, data quality, and User Experience.
What you will do: Business Applications Ownership: Own and maintain core business applications to support evolving business needs Manage system updates, releases, testing, and deployments
Business Process Enablement Partner with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and operational challenges Translate business requirements into scalable application solutions Improve and automate end-to-end business processes across departments
Integrations & data Design and maintain integrations between business applications Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper data governance across systems Support reporting, analytics, and data -driven decision-making
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support Act as a trusted technical partner for business teams Balance day-to-day requests with long-term system scalability Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing enablement

5+ years of experience in the information systems field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with salesforce configuration and automation.
Great passion for information systems, technology, and processes.
Solid understanding of GTM best practices and business processes Excellent Project Management skills.
BSc. in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related field.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and service orientation.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
