* 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and partnerships.
* 4+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and affiliate marketing software.
* Ability to measure, analyze, and report on the success of marketing activities using data-driven insights.
* Innovative mindset with the ability to create engaging campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
