What will you be doing:
* Serve as the procurement lead for facilities and administration needs, including rent, parking, municipal taxes, electricity, employee transportation, facility maintenance and repairs, vehicle leases, office supplies, cleaning services, security services, refreshments, cell phone services, non-inventory shipments, internal warehouse expenses, etc.
* Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
* Collaborate with facilities and administrative teams to support long-term and global engagements. Manage relationships with key suppliers, acting as the escalation point for service quality issues, urgent requests, cancellations, and financial discrepancies.
* Contribute to cost optimization initiatives by participating in design-to-cost decisions and ensuring cost-efficiency is Embedded in infrastructure planning.
* Define and maintain a preferred vendor list based on criteria such as quality, service level, cost, lead time, and sustainability.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, operations) to establish long-term contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Essential experience and skills:
* Relevant academic degree (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering).
* 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in facilities or infrastructure domains.
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to drive purchasing methodologies and validate data through analytics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proven experience working with global suppliers and service providers.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong team collaboration skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
