Join the customer experience team as a salesforce Implementer and Business Analyst
Be a focal point for the business users to design and define the business processes and work to execute them
Build and deliver solutions using salesforce and other 3rd party solutions and integrations
Hands-on implementation and support users in their daily activities
Handle bugs and improve the system on an ongoing basis
Work with the IT stakeholders, external vendors, and business partners
Design integrations with 3rd party solutions and internal business applications

Requirements:
Education:
B.A/BSC in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems
Capabilities:
Familiar with salesforce implementation tools, including flows
Vast experience with hands on salesforce implementation
Excited and passionate about technology
Experience:
1-2 years experience as an Implementer / business analyst with hands-on experience with salesforce
Education:
