How you’ll spend your day
Provide quality service and solve cases by written or telephone queries from employees, managers, and HR, while complying with policy and SLA.
Availability and responsible for online calls within the call center.
Provide online support for HR and managers.
Supporting H2R processes on an ongoing basis and in various projects.
Support Teva pensioners with any query or issue, including updating systems.
Communicating as L1 with various content experts in HR – salary, welfare, learning and development and etc.
Support and accompany employees in various HR systems as part of inquiries in the call center.
Responsible for processing H2R requests in the systems including collaboration and updates with all support functions.
Handle and process all requests for cwk in the systems.
Maintaining the internal knowledge articles in service now.
Improve processes within the call center, raise common queries and share knowledge within the team.
Provide production and quality standards as set in SLA.
Preparation of hiring documents, mobility, change of employment conditions, and employment terminations, including interface with the legal department.
Support and operate different HR projects – Connect, agreements updates, organizational changes and etc.
Your experience and qualifications
Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written required
A creative attitude, an ability to multitask and a hands-on approach
Bachelor’s degree – Must
Previous experience in HR roles- Advantage
