The Global Compensation & Benefits Analys will support 20 markets around the world (~1,500 employees) excluding Israel, which is being managed by IL Total rewards Team.

Global Compensation Participate in various compensation projects
Job Catalog and job leveling responsible for global job evaluation and leveling
Global Benefits participate in benefits projects such as review and design local benefits policies and plans in our markets.

Global HC planning global responsibility, ongoing monitoring and maintenance of and global HC
Bachelors degree in Economics / Business Management / Industrial Engineering
5 years of experience in C B
Fluent in English
Experience leading global projects in a matrix organization.
Excellent analytical skills, Excel proficient
HR Systems orientation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global teams.
Confident working with a range of internal stakeholders from all functions and levels of seniority
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
