We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our amazing global HR team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our high, mid, and junior-level management, employee relations, and performance management, and be a significant part of the recruitment process. This role will execute different HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior and junior leadership to ensure the HR strategy is structured and functioning to best support our business.
Advise, coach, and guide employees and managers.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
Work closely with executive/mid/junior level managers to align priorities and make sure the recruiting strategies execute well (including negotiation with candidates and contract stage)
Supporting employees lifecycle in the organization from the recruiting process to the onboarding, personal employees development, end of employment.

2+ years of human resource business partner experience.
Experience advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees.
Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including for R&D positions.
Ability to influence and advise business leadership.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
Fun, energetic, and approachable personality.
Good understanding of the business environment.
Relevant Bachelors degree.
