We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping align the regions people strategy with its business strategy. A true people champion and change agent with a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Support managers at all levels, ensuring high-quality management across the organization.
Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support business growth.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to managers and employees on performance, development, and employee relations.
Identify people-related trends and challenges, and design practical HR solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
Lead and implement global HR programs in the region (e.g., performance management, engagement, talent development).
Take a hands-on role in recruitment during peak hiring periods, including sourcing, screening, and partnering with managers.
Act as the gate keeper for recruitment processes in the region, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an HRBP in a global tech company
Previous experience in recruitment or organizational consulting must
Relevant Masters degree (Organizational Psychology, Sociology, MBA, Labor Studies)
Tech savvy strong skills in HR systems, data-driven tools, and AI-based solutions
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Advantage: Experience working in a global organization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build trust across all levels
