We’re looking for an exceptional HRBP to join our growing HR team.
As an HR Partner, youll be a key player in designing the companys strategy in talent management, people engagement and company culture.
Responsibilities:
Lead talent management and development initiatives to support peoples high engagement and lifetime retention.
Partner with HRs main functional areas (Hiring, Employee Experience, Learning & Talent Development and Compensation).
Coach and provide consultancy to business leaders to further develop their leadership skills and teams.
Lead and execute various projects and initiatives around talent development, employee engagement, communication and performance.
Proactively identify business needs, design and execute HR solutions.

At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP.
Experience in supporting both growing and dynamic teams.
High level of business acumen.
A true hands-on approach and ownership to ensure peoples high level of engagement.
Ability to work independently and proven experience in problem solving.
Effective communication skills in both Hebrew and English – written, verbal and listening skills.
Experience in team building and team development.
At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP.
