We are hiring a Help desk Administrator The Help desk Administrator will be responsible for addressing a wide range of technical IT issues globally, with high-level permissions to the organizations platforms, including Office 365, and other related systems.

* Leading tech solution to end users in all aspects (Windows 10/11, operating systems, antivirus, VPN, printers, security systems, etc)
* Provide day-to-day support and response to service incidents
* Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity
* Provide support for the entire organization (Locally and remotely)
* A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from users
* Technical skills with the SharePoint platform

* 1-2 years of business/ military experience as a PC-Technician/Help-Desk (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
* Deep knowledge of Win10/11 system

* Technical Orientation, ability to learn quickly and independently
