We are seeking a skilled Help desk Technician to join our internal IT team. This role is critical in providing ongoing support and ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily support and assistance to internal users, managing and maintaining the DOMAIN environment.
* Manage permissions and accounts in Active Directory.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, IP telephony, and network communication.
* Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve the companys IT infrastructure.

* At least 1 year of experience as a Help desk Technician or Network Administrator (military experience is acceptable).
* Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
* Experience in diagnosing and resolving network issues, setting up network drives, and handling cybersecurity and endpoint devices.
Requirements:
