We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist for a student position.

Supporting users in multi-region environments, amp and worldwide teams
Managing users and permissions of cloud-based products
Mastering, deploying and supporting the latest technologies
Onboarding and offboarding process
Managing computers and peripheral equipment

Requirements:
At least 3 semesters (1.5 years) left until graduation
At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk specialist in a cloud-based environment
Experience in handling employee requests through a ticketing system
Excellent understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment
Experience supporting Macs
Fluent in English
Service-oriented, patient and independent
Fast learner
Good understanding of cloud environments – advantage
Familiarity with G suite – advantage
Basic scripting skills (Powershell, Bash or Python) advantage
