Whats the Job?
We are seeking an experienced Help desk and IT system to oversee our IT infrastructure and provide hands-on Help desk support for our main office of ~200 employees. This role combines IT administration with day-to-day Technical Support in a multi-platform environment utilizing cloud-based SaaS solutions.
What Youll Do Help desk Support: Provide first-line Technical Support for the office, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner using Atlassian’s Jira. IT Infrastructure administration: Oversee and maintain company IT systems, develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Projects: Execute IT projects to improve infrastructure and productivity, evaluate and implement new technologies as needed, ensure smooth integration between various SaaS platforms. Security and Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards and regulations, Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures across all platforms and cloud services.

Requirements:
What You Bring 5+ years of experience in IT system administration and hands-on Technical Support
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of: Google Workspace administration salesforce administration and customization Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Cross-platform support (Windows, Linux, Mac) Cloud services and cybersecurity
If You Bring These, Even Better!
* Experience with HRIS systems- preferably Bob
* Slack enterprise management
* Bash/Shell scripting ability
* Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Workspace, salesforce Admin, CISSP, CompTIA).
