What Will You Do?
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with vast experience in R&D activities to lead our project and the connections with our partners.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage the R&D project managers, overseeing all R&D aspects in the projects from the kick-off stage to delivery. You will play a proactive role in defining technical strategies and be highly involved in major architectural and strategic decisions around the growth and evolution of our teams, technical interface with clients.
Hands-on Project management: Responsible for all R&D aspects in the project, from kick-off stage to delivery.
Oversee the development process & business value delivery.
Define system architecture.
Manage the R&Ds Gantt & budget.
Assist with implementing visions of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
Work with clients, the HQ R&D, and supply chain teams. Additionally, liaise with subsidiary companies abroad including those in the US, Germany, Sweden, etc.
Lead technology implementation with strategic partners: OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and infrastructure companies.

Requirements:
BSc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3-5 years experience as a development project manager in a multidisciplinary company.
Experience in managing diverse high-budget development projects involving mechanical, electronic, and software components.
Experience in leading system integration.
Understanding of requirements management and technical aspects.
Experience in managing project schedules.
Very high-level English proficiency.
Knowledge in the automotive world is an advantage.
BSc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3-5 years experience as a development project manager in a multidisciplinary company.
Experience in managing diverse high-budget development projects involving mechanical, electronic, and software components.
Experience in leading system integration.
Understanding of requirements management and technical aspects.
