Responsibilities
– Strategic oversight and operational management, responsible for aligning departmental goals with organizational strategy and ensuring that day-to-day operations support the company’s broader objectives.
– Develop and implement internal procedures to streamline responsibilities within the department
– Oversee staff members in all department-related responsibilities including project development and management, event production, donor research, site visits, the creation and publication of donor materials, foundation tracking, donation tracking, budgeting and data entry.
– Advise on fundraising strategies and material production
– Systematize procedures in coordination with external organization departments
– Develop and maintain relationships and productive communication with organizations department directors and staff

Requirements:
– Senior management experience
– Previous experience working with overseas/Jewish diaspora- a must. Working with the United States- an advantage.
– Experience in staff management and the development and implementation of work plans and procedures.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and initiative.
– Ability to think strategically and critically.
– Ability to delegate effectively, manage large-and-small scale projects in accordance with budgets and deadlines, and balance the interplay between tasks and vision.
– Experience in event operations and production – an advantage.
– English – native-level proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
– Hebrew- high-level proficiency in spoken communication.
