Manage Broad Marketing Efforts:
Oversee the development and maintenance of website. Ensure the website contains compelling and engaging content to attract and retain visitors.
Lead YouTube channel management, including live streaming and central social media channels.
Cultivate official and unofficial communities to engage with users and promote brand awareness.
Strategize and execute leadership programs and attend industry events and meetups.
Management of Studio: Design, Creative, Video, and Content:
Supervise design and creative studio, including the creation of banners, emails, and landing pages.
Define our design language and allocate resources to ensure visual consistency.
Elevate creative output and oversee the production of promotional videos.
Manage content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.
Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with the last 3+ years in a leadership role such as Head of Marketing or Marketing Director.
Branding Expertise: Proven track record in brand development, brand positioning, and successful brand management in dynamic and competitive markets.
Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing data, extract insights, and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
