This role is positioned within our strategy department and will cooperate closely with the GM for Global Host Solutions, making sure that the companys strategy regarding the host segment is correctly translated into execution. Part of the role is to oversee establishing an active and engaged community of hosts, positioning us as a thought leader bringing value to the host ecosystem and at the same time providing an efficient communication channel between the company and its customers.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of our host-related initiatives, ensuring the company delivers on its goals and KPIs for the segment.
Analyze conversion funnels end-to-end and deliver actionable insights and provide directions to the product and marketing teams.
Develop and implement strategies to increase product stickiness, customer loyalty and decrease churn.
Ensure all stakeholder working on the host segment are synced, aligned and delivering on the goals.
Regularly communicate program progress, achievements and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
Implement scalable ways to collect and analyze user feedback, translate it into actionable insights for the product team.
Managing a dedicated Community manager responsible for establishing and engaging our host community.
Deliver market insights to strategic decision-makers about developments on the host market.
5+ years of experience in program management, product growth or monetization roles.
Experience working for a B2C online platform – a must.
Leading a business unit and being responsible for delivering revenue KPIs – preferred.
Direct management experience – preferred.
Knowledge of conversion funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions, both in front of users and senior leadership.
Experience creating and nurturing customer communities – advantage.
Experience in the short term rental / vacation rental/ hospitality industry – advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Native level of English.
