The Opportunity:
You will globally lead Teva’s GBS organization developing and overseeing its strategy and execution. As a country head, you will partner with India Teva sites to develop country foundations, evolve the culture, constantly improve our brand and manage the external affairs. A strategic thinker who will coordinate governance, continuous improvement, performance management, relationship management and communications matters for the organization. Innovate existing processes while keep develop the establishment of the GBS with the focus on governance and performance management process. Matrix Responsibility for ownership and management of all Management Processes and verticals within GBS, while reporting solid to Teva EVP, CFO. This position will be building a network and expertise in a thriving environment of professional development and teamwork.

Business Process Re-engineering: Manage the complete lifecycle of Process Improvement i.e. Value Stream Mapping, Opportunity Identification, Business Process Re-engineering and Solutions, Creating the Value Proposition and then Selling. Post sign-off, creating and implementing the Transition Plan and the Resourcing Strategy.
Experience and expertise in digital solutions for IT enterprise systems, with a focus on predictive analytics, AI, and ML. This knowledge will enable the transformation of existing data mining processes into more innovative and faster delivery mechanisms across GBS verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Country Head:
Foster and drive a united culture and identity of Teva India across all business units
Partner with India site leaders to develop capabilities and synergies across the country
Lead country based operations and manage country external affairs including communication and negotiation with local authorities and government officials
Work in collaboration with HR and corporate affair teams to constantly improve Teva’s employer brand in India, as well as improve employee engagement and retention
Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws & regulations to enable managing the business effectively with optimal support and high level of ethical standards
GBS Head:
Develop and execute Service Management strategy
Ensure that all parts of GBS operations are integrated and create a high performance, customer-centric culture.
Own the deployment of GBS standards across multiple centers and processes
Create consistency among performance management, SLAs/SOWs and relationship to GBS customers
Own and monitor the GBS Performance Management process
Develop Standards, KPI structure for all processes, Quarterly Business Reviews for all GBS verticals.
Create integrate reporting and tracking systems for all key metrics
Manage the creation and reporting of GBS metrics internally and externally
Drive agenda and content for the strategic and tactical governance layer and ensuring that the operational KPI’s / issues and opportunities and flowing ‘upstream’ accordingly
Lead and drive all activities related to budget, cost recovery, value tracking and marketing for Center
Support GBS-wide strategic and business planning process
Ensure execution of business continuity plans and risk management plans
