Lead the GenAI innovation engine across our company- scouting, experimenting, and scaling ideas that redefine experiences
Operate with a startup mindset inside a large organization: move fast, stay lean, and deliver tangible outcomes with creativity and resourcefulness.
Identify and validate disruptive technologies, from AI automation to intelligent data platforms and agentic systems.
Shape the innovation strategy, translating trends into actionable pilots, proofs of concept, and scalable business applications.
Get hands-on with technology – evaluating architectures and emerging technologies to assess feasibility and differentiation.
Build and lead a small, high-impact innovation team of AI engineers, data scientists, product innovators, and designers.
Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning, encouraging rapid iteration and evidence-based decisions.
Collaborate closely with product, R&D, and business units to align innovation with strategic objectives and market opportunities.
Establish and manage partnerships with startups, partners, VCs, and academia to bring external innovation into our company.
Communicate and inspire: present ideas, vision, and results clearly to executives, partners, and global audiences.
Represent our company externally as a thought leader in GenAI innovation, sharing insights and building the companys global visibility.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in technology innovation, R&D, or AI product leadership.
Proven track record of turning emerging technologies into real-world solutions – especially in GenAI, AI, or Data-driven products.
Startup mentality within a corporate environment: resourceful, experimental, comfortable with ambiguity, and outcome-oriented.
Hands-on technical background – experience in software engineering, data systems, or architecture; a background as CTO or senior technical leader is a strong advantage.
Strong business acumen – able to connect innovation to measurable business impact.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills – able to influence senior stakeholders and inspire diverse teams.
Experience building and leading multidisciplinary innovation teams in global or matrix organizations.
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
