Main responsibilities:
You will:
Be responsible to lead the effective implementation of Global Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Strategy as head of EBI Israel being part of Central-South Europe MCO (CSE multi-country organization), across different global business units (Pharma, Vaccines and Consumer Health Care) operating on the markets directly or through third parties.
Act as a strategic business partner, you will have an overview of all businesses, working in close partnership with Management to enable a sustainable business growth while ensuring proper Third-Party risk management.
Work cross-functionally to foster accountability and design solutions for patients.
Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas and domains of potential vulnerabilities, inefficient or ineffective processes and partner with Global Business Units management to optimize the processes in compliance with companys values, Code of Conduct and ethics and business integrity principles.
Communicate clearly and strengthen understanding of E&BI priorities for the our Group.
Ensure that the implementation of global policies/standards/best practices is done timely and appropriately in Israel in compliance with local regulations and E&BI standards.
Ensure that EBI training, awareness and communication campaigns are deployed to the targeted audiences.
Steer and measure the efficacy of the EBI program in order to identify its strengths and areas of improvements, Recommend and follow action plans with the Global Business Units Heads and country chair.
Work closely with local management for designing and implementing corrective actions in order to solve deviation and deficiencies, and to prevent the occurrence of similar cases in the future.
Provide advice in support to the business and global functions for ensuring appropriate decision making regarding their business strategies, projects and initiatives. Solves complex Ethics and Business Integrity issues that may potentially have a significant impact on Companys reputation.
Report potential violations of laws, regulations, rules, policies and Companys procedures and participate to investigations on requests of the Global Ethics & Business Integrity team.
Participate to the elaboration and implementation of specific Ethics & Business Integrity programs for country/MCO territory or for specific entities / contributes to Ethics & Business Integrity local, regional and global projects.
Ensure that Ethics & Business Integrity Committee is held regularly and effectively, covering all matters having a major impact on ethics and business integrity program in the territory.
Collaborate with other assurance functions for better risk management and translate monitoring findings into actionable items with appropriate follow up on corrective actions implementation.
Experience as Compliance Officer or similar position, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in successfully leading projects in multicultural environments with cross functional collaboration Knowledge of anti-corruption requirements, knowledge of pharmaceutical industry self-regulation, general knowledge of sanctions, civil (including data privacy).
