Design is a strategic capability within the Global Customer Experience (GCX) Unit, the beating heart of innovation and design. Together with Consumer Insights, Technologists, and Product Managers you will lead the creative vision to imagine and invent new experiences and turn ideas into reality.
Accountabilities
Lead the companys design domain – industrial design and UI/UX – through holistic design thinking and by influencing key business processes
The Design department which you head functions as an in – house design studio for industrial design, concept creation, user experience, and CMF processes
Provide creative direction for both local and international design agencies according to project needs and challenges, to scale design impact
Combine hands-on work with strategic leadership – actively involved in creative execution while also managing people
Lead consumer centric approach in a global perspective and build user scenarios that create a seamless customer experience
Push the company into the future, by using simulations, models, and tech prototypes to introduce, excite, visualize, and de-risk new product stories and experiences
Execute products to market On Time, On Cost, On Budget targets through tight collaboration with engineers, development teams, and IoT throughout the product development
Develop local and global design community network relevant to the company's touchpoints.

Requirements:
A creative leader with at least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years as head of design
A proven record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with uncompromising creative quality
Deep understanding of consumer-centric design processes
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, especially for executive audiences
Proficiency using design tools for hands-on agility: Keyshot, SolidWorks, Miro, UI/UX,
AI tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Excellent English (both written and spoken)
Bachelors degree in Industrial Design (global experience – an advantage).
