We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the professional and managerial aspects of our Delivery domain. This role includes driving complex technology projects, managing project and development teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery for clients, building operational methodologies, and playing a key role in the business growth of the unit.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Delivery domain.
Manage and oversee large‑scale and complex technology projects (ERP / SAP / IT) and information systems.
Provide senior consulting, hands‑on project management, architectural guidance, and solutions to complex technical challenges.
Directly manage Project Managers and work closely with development teams and Tech Leads.
Ensure service quality, SLAs, and expansion of activities with existing clients.
Support commercial activities, including sales, opportunity identification, and expanding client relationships.
Build Delivery processes, operational standards, and scalable methodologies
Manage escalations and lead communication with clients across organizational levels.
Collaborate with global partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Significant experience managing IT projects.
Strong technological background with mandatory hands‑on experience in SAP (alongside experience in one or more of the following: development, architecture, ERP, cloud, or information systems).
Experience managing technology teams or leading large‑scale technology initiatives.
Proven business leadership, including sales capabilities and client‑activity expansion.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict‑management skills with high emotional intelligence.
Fluent English and experience working with international teams.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, handle high workloads, and multitask effectively.
