In one sentence- as the Head of IT Data and AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping companys data strategy and driving innovation through artificial intelligence.
Youll lead a dynamic team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven solutions across the organization, transforming raw data into actionable insights, all while aligning with business needs and strategic vision.

Lead and execute a visionary data strategy aligned with companys business objectives.
Translate business aspirations into data realities – turn initiatives of predictive analytics, customer insights, employee experiences, and more into practical and impactful data solutions.
Become the design authority, pave the way toward and ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards.
Play a pivotal role in establishing robust data governance policies, focusing on ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, safeguarding company data assets with precision and diligence.
Gen AI and Machine Learning Leadership:
Define the overarching strategic vision for AI and machine learning initiatives within company IT and chart the course toward intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and personalized experiences.
Explore and harness the power of Gen AI across our data-driven landscape and implement innovative gen AI-based solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and identify opportunities where AI can enhance our products, services, and processes.

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc).
At least 15 years of proven experience in a senior Data role within a global organization.
Deep expertise in Gen AI, Data and BI technologies.
Demonstrated experience in driving technology innovation.
Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for technology in alignment with business goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
All you need is:
