We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Data to lead our growing data team.
This role is pivotal in driving our data strategy, managing an existing team, and expanding our capabilities to harness the power of data analytics and data science. What you'll do:
Team Leadership and Management:
– Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists, fostering a collaborative culture.

Data Strategy and Execution:
– Develop and implement a data strategy aligned with organizational goals.
– Oversee data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and reporting.
– Drive innovation in analytics methodologies and tools.
Technical Expertise:
– Hands-on data analysis using SQL, Python, and other tools.
– Ensure data quality across systems.
– Collaborate on data architecture and integrations.
Stakeholder Management and Advocacy:
– Liaison between data team and departments, promoting data-driven culture.
– Communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic thinker passionate about data-driven outcomes.
4+ years in a managerial role within a data-driven organization.
Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
Experience in data pipelines and ETL processes.
