We are looking for a Head of CRM.
DESCRIPTION:
Leading the establishment and the delivery of CRM strategy and underlying processes needed to see it through;
Play a key role in our overall digital marketing planning and delivery for acquisition and retention;
Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the CRM team;
Ensuring that automation enables efficiencies, creating a data-rich and productive CRM process;
Being an engaging and inspirational leader to the CRM team and wider group;
Driving engagement and revenue across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and messenger platforms;
Leading the development and maintenance of the CRM calendar to ensure it remains updated with the latest information;
Monitoring performance activity and reporting back to the wider team;
Planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns;
Conducting regular market research to keep up to date on trends and competition;
Leading preparation of creative briefs based upon campaign objectives, including initial preparation, copywriting, execution and analysis and developing your creative team members to be able to maintain this on an ongoing basis;
Developing the CRM roadmap, segmentation, content planning, and strategy.

Requirements:
3+ years of results-focused CRM management and leadership experience specifically gained in a B2C digital marketing environment, online gaming an advantage;
Previous experience working with CRM automation and email service providers e.g. SendGrid, Silverpop, Solitics, Optimove;
