Own our strategy for all media:paid search, paid social, and organic campaigns ( facebook, instagram, TikTok, etc.), from conception to execution
Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative across all marketing materials
Shape and communicate the brand story through various creative mediums, ensuring a consistent and resonant narrative
Analyze data and market trends to gain insights into what resonates with the audience and optimize creative strategies accordingly
Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine and enhance campaign performance tailored to B2C audiences
Drive performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, optimizing for ROI and customer acquisition cost

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing with a focus on growth strategy and creative leadership
Professional experience in an advertising agency – an advantage
Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics, and emerging trends
Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns
Proven ability to oversee the development of creative assets across diverse marketing channels
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
