We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Cloud Services Unit as the Head of Cloud Services
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's cloud strategy, ensuring the efficient operation of cloud infrastructure, and leading a team of skilled professionals in delivering high-quality cloud services.
Responsibilities:
Manage a large business unit as part of our technology division
Lead a diverse, global, large team of cloud engineers, support teams, service managers and SREs, who manage and operate the SaaS infrastructure and services centrally for the company
Accountable for P&L, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness
Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with organizational goals
Oversee the design, deployment, and management of scalable and secure cloud infrastructure
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud services
Implement cost-effective solutions and optimize resource utilization
Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture within the Cloud Services Unit
Establish and enforce security best practices for cloud environments
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross company stakeholders in the different product lines and BUs and deliver effective cloud solutions

Requirements:
Proven experience in senior leadership role, managing cloud services and infrastructure
Strong knowledge of SaaS and cloud platforms with preference to Azure
Strong track record of post-production supporting services, and project delivery experience
Experienced in working with customers and leaders, leading executive meetings
Excellent client relationship management skills and experience, ability to lead executive meetings
In-depth understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with offshore team management
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
