In this critical role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations and strategy, driving growth and efficiency across the organization. You will be a key partner to the leadership team, providing data-driven insights and leading cross-functional initiatives.
What youll do:
Lead and manage a high-performing Business Operations & Strategy team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
Develop and track progress against annual business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), translating strategic goals into actionable operational plans
Leverage quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive actionable insights. Communicate these findings effectively to leadership through compelling presentations and project management tools
Lead time-sensitive strategic projects, excelling in ambiguous situations. You will prioritize the scope and approach to ensure a successful resolution
Partner effectively across departments, including Product, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to manage and execute strategic projects
Support executive communications and engagements, playing a key role in shaping the agendas for executive meetings
Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and inform strategic decision-making
Champion the "Business" perspective within cross-functional roadmaps and major projects
Design and implement best practices in business operations, streamlining processes and driving efficiency across the organization.

Requirements:
BA/BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of experience in business operations or relevant experience
3+ years experience in key strategic positions
3-5 Management experience
Ability to digest large volumes of information and synthesize key takeaways
Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and understanding of strategic frameworks & concepts
Ability to take initiative and work autonomously to structure & solve strategic problems
Ability to understand the mobile mar-tech/ad-tech industry
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Fluent in English
