We are looking for a visionary and experienced Head of Brand Cyprus site to lead and accelerate the global expansion of our equities trading brand. This site serves both Israeli and international traders, offering access to global stock markets. This role will take full ownership of the brands marketing strategy, positioning, and execution driving growth in Israel, Europe, and beyond. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on marketing management, overseeing global GTM initiatives and cross-border campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the company's global brand and marketing strategy, including positioning, GTM, performance channels, and budget planning.
Develop and implement growth and expansion plans for new and existing markets, with a strong focus on Europe.

5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or growth leadership, preferably in fintech, equities, trading, or related B2C industries.
Proven experience managing global marketing operations, including Europe or APAC markets.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and Affiliate programs.
Demonstrated success in GTM planning and execution for international product launches.
Excellent understanding of digital channels, audience segmentation, and customer acquisition funnels.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to combine data -driven decision-making with creative brand development.
