We are seeking a Senior Director – Head of Architecture and Technology to lead and develop the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice at Teva. Reporting to the VP of IT Operations and Architecture, this highly visible role involves collaborating with IT leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to impact Teva's strategy through cutting-edge technologies.
How you’ll spend your day
EA Practice Management
Develop the EA practice and team, creating value propositions and service offerings.
Design the EA operating model, balancing enterprise risk and agility.
Strategy Formulation and Execution
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans.
Connect strategy to execution by aligning IT and business goals.
Innovation Facilitation
Identify and refine technological innovations and trends.
Implement new technologies and conduct trials to integrate successful innovations.
Relationship Building
Establish the EA function as an advisory entity within Teva.
Manage cross-functional relationships and provide strategic advice.
IT Portfolio Management
Support IT portfolio modernization and roadmap development.
Ensure alignment with EA while optimizing technologies and methodologies.
